Refund policy

At ZenMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All sales are considered final once the package has been received and accepted by the customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other personal reason after delivery has been completed.

The only exception is if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. In this case you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photo or video evidence of the damage. You can reach us at myzencartstore@gmail.com and our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If the claim is approved we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return under a damage claim the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the damage must be clearly visible and documented. Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

ZenMart reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
