Shipping policy

ZenMart offers free standard delivery on all orders across the UAE and KSA with no minimum order value required.

Orders placed before 2PM local time are processed and dispatched the same business day. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may occasionally take an additional day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We currently deliver to all emirates across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, as well as all major cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Cash on delivery is available on all UAE and KSA orders. You only pay when the item arrives at your door.
